What exactly is Octuno?
An all-in-one platform for Amazon and multichannel sellers. Inventory planning, cost calculation, supply chain, FBA shipping and listing optimization – all in one system.
Who is Octuno for?
For any e-commerce seller who wants to get their operational processes under control – from single products to several hundred items. Whether simple shipping from your own warehouse or Pan-EU with complex supply chains via Amazon FBA. If you're tired of Excel sheets, bloated tools and manual processes, you're in the right place.
What sets you apart from Helium 10, SellerBoard & Co.?
Most tools cover one area. Octuno connects everything: Forecast → Order suggestion → Lead time → Calculation → FBA shipping. Plus a unique text tool for seasonal listing optimization.
Which marketplaces are supported?
Amazon (all EU marketplaces + Amazon.com), eBay, TikTok Shop, Kaufland. Shopify planned.
What is the Text Tool?
Listings automatically adapt to seasonal events (Easter, Halloween, Christmas, etc.). Titles and bullets are swapped at the right time – separately per marketplace. Automatic rollback afterwards.

How much does Octuno cost?
Currently in closed beta – completely free with full access. After launch: 3 months free for beta testers.
Do I need a credit card?
No.
What happens after the beta?
Subscription model, cancel monthly, no minimum term. Prices will be communicated before launch. Beta testers get 3 months free + influence on the roadmap.
Technical
How long does setup take?
~30 minutes. Connect your Amazon account → Octuno automatically imports products, inventory and sales history.
Do I need to import data manually?
Product data, inventory and sales data sync automatically via marketplace APIs. Manufacturer details (suppliers, freight data, etc.) are entered once – optionally via an import template.
Can I use Octuno with my team?
Yes. Multiple users with roles and individual alert settings.
Where is my data stored?
Servers in the EU (Germany). GDPR compliant.
