Common questions about pricing
Do I pay per user?
No. Billing is per account, not per seat. Every plan includes unlimited users with their own roles and individual alert settings. A team of five pays exactly what a single seller pays.
What determines the tier?
The number of orders per month across every connected channel: Starter up to 500, Pro up to 3,000, Growth up to 12,000, Enterprise up to 50,000. The revenue figures on the cards are only a rough guide to who usually lands in which tier.
Are features locked in the smaller plans?
No. Forecasting, restock recommendations, supply chain management, calculations and the text tool are unlocked in every tier. The tiers differ in order volume, not in what the software can do.
Is there a setup fee on top of the monthly price?
No, onboarding is included in every plan. Plan around 30 minutes for the setup itself: connect the marketplace, then Octuno imports products, inventory and sales history automatically.
Is there a minimum term?
No. The monthly plan can be cancelled every month, and the annual plan comes with two months free. You do not need a credit card to get started.
What happens after Early Access?
The subscription above applies, cancellable monthly and with no minimum term. Early access users get three months free plus influence on the roadmap; standard pricing only starts after that. Early access seats are limited.
